Types of Spinal Surgeries

Endoscopic Spine Surgery

A minimally invasive procedure using a small camera (endoscope) and specialized instruments to access and treat spinal conditions through tiny incisions. Addresses herniated discs, spinal stenosis, and nerve compression while preserving healthy tissue—resulting in less muscle damage, reduced pain, faster recovery, and minimal scarring compared to traditional open spine surgery.

Spinal Fusion Surgery

A surgical procedure that permanently connects two or more vertebrae to eliminate motion between them. Used to treat instability, severe degenerative disc disease, spinal deformities, or spondylolisthesis by creating a solid bridge of bone—stabilizing the spine, relieving pain, and preventing further progression of the condition.

Scoliosis Spine Surgery

A specialized procedure to correct abnormal curvature of the spine caused by scoliosis. Using advanced instrumentation such as rods, hooks, and screws, the spine is realigned and stabilized—often accompanied by spinal fusion to maintain correction. The goal is to reduce deformity, prevent progression, and improve posture, balance, and quality of life.

Slipped Disc Surgery

A surgical procedure that removes the herniated portion of a spinal disc that is pressing on nearby nerves. By relieving nerve compression, it alleviates pain, numbness, and weakness in the back, neck, or extremities—restoring mobility and quality of life for patients who have not responded to conservative treatments.
